Incorporated in 1995, the company telecast variety of channels ranging from entertainment, sports, digital, and films in both SD and HD. Headquartered out of Mumbai, the company has regional offices in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore & Kolkata. The company owns and operates multiple independent brands under its portfolio. The network comprises 31 entertainment channels across genres and languages, a digital VOD platform, a film production division, and a distribution arm through which content is distributed across multiple content delivery platforms.
