Domino's Pizza, Inc., doing business as Domino's, is an American multinational pizza restaurant chain founded in 1960 the corporation is Delaware domiciled is headquartered at the Domino's Farms Office Park in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Domino’s is the largest pizza company in the world with more than 18,800 locations in over 90 markets around the world as of January 2, 2022 and operates two distinct service models within its stores with a significant business in both delivery and carryout. The company is primarily a franchisor, with approximately 98% of Domino's stores currently owned and operated by independent franchisees. It operates, and reports, three business segments: U.S. stores, international franchises, and supply chain. In 2021, the U.S. stores segment accounted for $1.50 billion, or 34%, of our consolidated revenues, the international franchise segment accounted for $298.0 million, and the supply chain segment accounted for $2.56 billion, or 59%, of our consolidated revenues.
