Enterprise Products Operating LLC (EPO) is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Enterprise Products Partners L.P., and its consolidated subsidiaries, through which Enterprise Products Partners L.P. conducts its business. Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is managed by its general partner, Enterprise Products Holdings LLC (“Enterprise GP”), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dan Duncan LLC, a privately held Texas limited liability company.
