Kinder Morgan was incorporated in 1997 and headquartered in Texas, US. It is one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America. It operates approximately 83,000 miles of pipelines, 140 terminals, 700 Bcf of working natural gas storage capacity, and has an RNG generation capacity of approximately 2.2 Bcf per year of gross production. The company’s pipelines transport natural gas, refined petroleum products, renewable fuels, crude oil, condensate, CO2, and other products, and its terminals store and handle various commodities including gasoline, diesel fuel, renewable fuel feedstocks, chemicals, ethanol, metals, and petroleum coke. The great majority of these products are transported through its Products Pipelines business, which moves gasoline, jet fuel, diesel, natural gas liquids, and condensate through about 9,500 miles of pipelines. The company also has approximately 65 liquid terminals in this business segment that store fuels and offer blending services for ethanol and biofuels. The company has approximately 11,000 employees across North America and generated $19,200 million in revenue in 2022.
