The company manages business organizationally through two segments: “Products and Systems Integration” and “Software and Services.” Within these segments, it has principal product lines that also follow three major technologies: LMR Communications, Video, and Command Center. In January 2023, the company began using Command Center as a naming convention, eliminating the "Software" descriptor from Command Center Software to inform investors that the Company has software components more broadly across all technologies. The Company has invested across these three technologies, evolving the Company’s LMR focus to purposefully integrate software, video security, and access control solutions for public safety and enterprise customers globally.
