The company was founded in 1976 having headquarters in Barrie, Ontario Napoleon's now operates with 1.4 million square feet of manufacturing space and employs 1,600 associates with 35 stores globally. Napoleon product distribution covers all of North America, Europe, and the Middle East and reaches into the Far East, Australia, and New Zealand.
