Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) was incorporated on 6th November 1981 in the State of California. NMAC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nissan North America, Inc., a California corporation. NMAC’s ultimate parent is Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., a Japanese corporation. NMAC has been established as a captive finance company to support the vehicle sales activity of Nissan North America. NMAC's primary emphasis is to provide purchase and lease financing for the complete line of Nissan and Infiniti vehicles to consumers throughout the United States. The company offers financing for the complete line of Nissan and Infiniti vehicles sold in the United States along with floor plan inventory financing and commercial loans for our dealers. The primary funding sources for NMAC include a combination of securitization, unsecured debt offerings, commercial paper, and bank loans. NMAC's Customer Center in Dallas, Texas, is responsible for all credit services, customer service operations, re-marketing (the disposition of off-lease, fleet, credit, and corporate vehicles), and support functions. NMAC's Franklin, Tennessee, office, which is the company's headquarters, is responsible for marketing, finance, accounting, compliance, and corporate vehicles. NMAC Regional Financial Services Managers offer information about NMAC's financial products and programs to over 1,250 Nissan and Infiniti dealers nationwide.
