PBF Energy was incorporated in 2008 and its headquarters is in New Jersey, US. It is one of the largest independent petroleum refiners and suppliers of unbranded transportation fuels, heating oil, petrochemical feedstock, lubricants, and other petroleum products in the US. The Company sells its products throughout the Northeast, Midwest, Gulf Coast, and West Coast of the United States, as well as in other regions of the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and can ship products to other international destinations. It owns and operates six domestic oil refineries and related assets. Its six refineries are located in Delaware City, Delaware, Paulsboro, New Jersey, Toledo, Ohio, Chalmette, Louisiana, Torrance, California, and Martinez, California. For the year ended December 31, 2022, the company generated revenue of $46.8 billion and had approximately 3,616 employees. PBF Energy operates in two reportable business segments: Refining and Logistics.
