Plains GP Holdings (PAGP) is a Delaware limited partnership formed in 2013 that has been elected to be taxed as a corporation for US federal income tax purposes. PAGP does not directly own any operating assets. In December 2022, its principal source of cash flow is derived from an indirect investment in Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. ("PAA”), a publicly traded Delaware limited partnership. It owns a non-economic controlling general partner interest in PAA and an indirect limited partner interest in PAA. The company conducts its operations through two segments Crude Oil and Natural Gas Liquids. In 2022, the company employed more than 4,200 employees in the U.S. and Canada and generated $57,342 million in revenue.
