Overview

PrivatBank is the largest state-owned bank in Ukraine, serving over 19 million active customers, with over 70% of Ukrainians using its services. It has a wide network of over 1,750 branches, 5,000 ATMs, 10,000 self-service terminals, and 223,000 POS terminals across the country. The PrivatBank Group includes the bank itself, along with six subsidiaries and associated entities. The bank has been operating under a full banking license issued by the National Bank of Ukraine since March 1992. It offers a comprehensive range of banking services, including personal and business accounts, loans, credit cards, and investments. As of December 31, 2022, the group employs around 18,700 employees and has 8 branches and 1,200 functioning outlets in Ukraine and a branch in Cyprus. The Bank’s principal business activity is commercial and retail banking operations within Ukraine. The Bank has operated under a full banking license issued by the National Bank of Ukraine since March 1992.
