Established in 1839, Provident Bank is a community-oriented financial institution and a wholly owned subsidiary of Provident Financial Services, Inc. Provident Bank provides a comprehensive suite of financial products and services through its network of branches throughout northern and central New Jersey, as well as Bucks, Lehigh and Northampton counties in Pennsylvania, and Nassau and Queens counties in New York. The Bank offers a broad array of deposit, loan, and investment products, as well as wealth management, trust, and fiduciary services through its wholly owned subsidiary, Beacon Trust Company, and insurance services through its wholly owned subsidiary, Provident Protection Plus, Inc. Provident Bank is headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey, and maintain administrative offices in Iselin, New Jersey. At December 31, 2022, the Bank operated a network of 95 full-service banking offices throughout 14 counties in northern and central New Jersey, as well as three counties in Pennsylvania and two counties in New York.
