PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) is the holding company of Tbk, a financial services provider. It operates through segments such as micro business, retail business, corporate business, and subsidiary business. The small business segment provides banking products and services to private small businesses. The retail business segment provides consumer and commercial banking products and services to small and medium-sized businesses. The corporate services segment caters to large companies and institutions with international banking services, banking services, and capital market support services. Supporting businesses include traditional Shariah banking, financial services, remittances, life insurance, general insurance, venture capital, and securities. The company was founded in 1895 and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. As of September 2023, BRI’s services are supported by 698,717 BRILink agents, 605,900 EDC units, 13,818 ATMs, and 8,974 CRMs. The company is actively introducing new capabilities to provide end-to-end IT operational monitoring and capacity building (i.e. Cloud Adoption, ITSM Implementation).
