Resolution Life Group Holdings Ltd. (RLGH) is the holding company of the Resolution Life Group. It is domiciled in Bermuda. Resolution Life is a global life insurance group focusing on the acquisition and management of portfolios of life insurance policies. The Group is headquartered in Bermuda, with regulated insurance operations in Australia, Bermuda, New Zealand, and the US; and business operations in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and the US. Since 2003, the company has committed over $18 billion of equity in the acquisition, reinsurance, consolidation, and management of 28 life insurance companies. The Group is made up of three separate operating Platforms, namely: Resolution Re, Resolution Life Australasia, and Resolution Life US. Resolution Life is a fully cloud-based business, uses digital portals to provide policyholders with a service that is quicker, more accurate, and more cost-effective. 50% of interactions in the US and Australasia were being self-serviced through the company’s portals.
