The cases of breast cancer increasing in the developing countries are due to menstrual, reproductive factors respectively and changes in lifestyles. The incidence rates differ greatly globally from 19.3 per 100,000 women in Eastern Africa to 89.7 per 100,000 women in western Europe, as per the WHO.
