Rising insurance coverage related to surgery is another major factor contributing the growth of the market. Most of the developed economies such as the US, UK, and France have reached 100% insurance coverage whereas insurance coverage of developing economies such as China, India, Brazil are increasing significantly.

  • In March 2019, Masimo Corp. received CE mark approval for SedLine brain function monitoring for pediatric patients for the age of 1-18 years. By SedLine, clinicians can monitor the state of the brain under anesthesia with bilateral data acquisition and processing of four leads of electroencephalogram (EEG) signals.
