For instance, HCL Technologies (HCL) increased its cooperation with Google Cloud in June 2020, allowing HCL Commerce to be integrated into Google Cloud. Google Cloud and HCL Commerce will work together to deliver a safe and elastic infrastructure to support organizations’ eCommerce strategies. HCL wants to use Anthos as part of this cooperation to enable multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud deployments of HCL Commerce. SAP launched SAP S/4 HANA Cloud and SAP Commerce Cloud in India in June 2020. With their main applications hosted in India, Indian businesses should be able to meet end-to-end customer requests and make commerce a seamless experience for merchants, all while adhering to current and impending personal data protection legislation. Salesforce and Alibaba collaborated in July 2019 to assist Salesforce expand to customers in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, and Salesforce will become Alibaba's exclusive enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) product suite. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Salesforce Platform are among the Salesforce products that will be sold in China.
